Dirty Hippie Radio is in the process of putting together the DHR Mini-fest this summer. It will be our first party/show and basically our launch bash. We envision 2 stages showcasing a load of bands featured on our site, a warehouse or gallery feel with minimal rules, and cheap beer. But we shall see… perhaps we’ll even get our groove on at the Echo/Echo Plex, a totally different approach. At this point we just can’t say. One things for sure: it’s going to be a totally fantastic time full of great music from LA, Long Beach, and San Pedro’s independent music community (as long as we can get it going on without too many hands digging into our broke-ass pockets).
Stay tuned and we’ll be sure to keep you posted. It the meantime, sexy it up with Blue Jungle.
