sadly even a ‘cool’ station like kxlu can form it’s own prejudices…my nephew damion romero was one if the original dj’s there…he knows what i mean…it’s format has changed…they are’ stuck in a rut’ also playing like kcrw radio what ‘they’ think is good music…and it is!…they do play good sounds…don’t get me wrong..but they close their ears..like many…to true rock and roll music…but hey that’s what we’ve always been about…just like when we started the easy reader back in ’70…go against..or rise against..the big machine in motion…just be careful you aren’t part of the machinery folks…stay a step ahead!
